100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu&rsquo;est ce le Ta\u00ef Ji ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9riv\u00e9 des arts martiaux traditionnels, le Ta\u00ef Ji (ou Tai Chi ou encore Ta\u00ef Chi Chuan) est une discipline corporelle d\u2019origine chinoise comportant un ensemble de mouvements continus et circulaires ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s avec lenteur et pr\u00e9cision dans un ordre pr\u00e9\u00e9tabli. <br>Le Ta\u00ef Chi s\u2019inscrit comme une discipline \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de l\u2019art martial et de la gymnastique de sant\u00e9.<br>Pour bien comprendre ce qu\u2019est le ta\u00ef-Ji, il faut savoir qu\u2019il constitue, avec le Qi-Qong, l\u2019une des cinq branches de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise (celle des exercices \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques), les quatre autres \u00e9tant l\u2019acupuncture, la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, la pharmacop\u00e9e (herbes m\u00e9dicinales) et le massage Tui Na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans la pratique, la diff\u00e9rence entre Tai Ji et Qi Gong ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que le Qi Qong se distingue du Ta\u00ef Ji par des mouvements plus courts et isol\u00e9s qui peuvent parfois \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s en position couch\u00e9e, tandis que le Ta\u00ef Ji &nbsp;est essentiellement pratiqu\u00e9 en positon verticale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
